This policy explains how quorixbit ("we") amasses, uses and protects personal data when you use and platform. We act as data controller for that information.
Data we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and similar identity data plus KYC documents required by regulation. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, device data and support messages. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, legal obligation, legitimate interest.
How we use data. Operating your account, settling trades, meeting regulation, fighting fraud, and platform security, plus optional product emails with an instant opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to running vendors (custody, payment, verification), authorities on valid demand, and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention & security. We retain data through the account life plus statutory periods (commonly five to seven years for transactions). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access limits.
